A well-maintained duduk body can last for many years, with its sound even improving over time when actively played and properly cared for.

Lifetime of a Reed

A duduk reed can also last for several years, but reeds are not entirely stable. Their sound evolves over time, often improving when played regularly, though this is not guaranteed. On average, a reed can maintain a good tone for approximately 2-5 years before its characteristics change.

Shipping and Tracking

• Your order will be processed immediately upon purchase.
• The product is shipped directly from Armenia by Vamelo Duduk Company.
• A tracking number will be provided after shipping so that you may track the delivery of your shipment. Please check your spam folder to ensure you do not miss the email
• We aim to dispatch the order within seven working days.
• Shipping and VAT are included in the price.

Customs & Import Duties

There may be additional customs, duties, and taxes fees assessed when picking up your item. Those fees are solely the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs agency for more information.

Warranty

Vamelo duduk has a 2-Year Vamelo Manufacturer Warranty to be free of defects in the duduk body from the date of original purchase. If you decide to sell your Vamelo duduk, this full 2-year warranty is transferable to the new purchaser.

Return

Items may be returned within 7 days, provided they are in the same condition as when they were shipped. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use. If the item arrives damaged or broken, it should not be used and must be returned immediately.

Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied:

1. Products returned must be in their unused, original condition with all VAMELO product tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.

2. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered returns or anything we reasonably believe has been used will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

3. Products must be returned in their original shipping box.

For your security we suggest you use a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for the loss or damage of the returned packages. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance process before they are accepted. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, it cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost.

Refund

After we receive your returned products and verify that all of the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Refunds are processed within approximately 3 business days of our receipt of your merchandise and will be credited back to the same card used to place the original order. Please be aware that some card issues make take longer to reallocate funds, which is beyond our control.
